Refunds & Cancellations Policy
This Refunds & Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases of services from Social Prachaar.
By engaging our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. General Principles
Social Prachaar provides professional, customized, and service-based solutions, including but not limited to digital marketing, advertising, influencer marketing, website development, content creation, SEO, social media management, and consulting services.
Because our services involve the allocation of personnel, resources, strategic planning, and time commitments:
Fees paid for services already rendered are non-refundable.
Once work for a billing cycle, project phase, or service engagement has commenced, associated fees become non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Third-party costs incurred on your behalf are non-refundable once purchased, committed, or allocated.
Such third-party costs may include, without limitation:
Advertising spend (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Influencer and creator payments
Software subscriptions and SaaS tools
Hosting and cloud services
Domain registrations and SSL certificates
SMS, WhatsApp, email, and communication credits
Stock images, videos, music, and licensed content
Production and vendor expenses
While we make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines, delivery schedules may be affected by client approvals, content dependencies, third-party platforms, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
2. Retainers and Recurring Service Plans
Retainer fees and recurring service plans are billed in advance for the applicable billing period.
Cancellation Notice
Clients may terminate recurring services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice before the next scheduled billing date.
Mid-Cycle Cancellation
If a Client cancels services during an active billing cycle:
Fees for the current billing period remain fully payable and non-refundable.
No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused portions of the billing cycle.
Social Prachaar will make commercially reasonable efforts to complete in-scope work scheduled during the remaining service period.
Any outstanding invoices remain due and payable according to the agreed payment terms.

Handover of Work
Upon settlement of all outstanding payments, Social Prachaar will provide available work products, deliverables, and work-in-progress materials in a commercially reasonable format, subject to any applicable intellectual property and licensing restrictions.
4. Influencer and Creator Campaigns
Influencer marketing campaigns involve commitments to third-party creators and vendors.
Accordingly:
Creator fees become non-refundable once a creator has been confirmed, contracted, booked, or issued a purchase order.
Production, logistics, media buying, platform, and campaign execution costs are non-refundable once committed.
If a creator fails to perform, Social Prachaar will make reasonable efforts to facilitate a replacement creator, revised deliverable, or campaign credit, subject to availability and mutual agreement.
Social Prachaar cannot guarantee creator performance where circumstances are outside its reasonable control.
